I had a disappointing experience at this trustee office. The lady handling the transaction at the Registration office number 2 displayed unprofessional behavior, treating me, as a female agent, noticeably differently compared to the male agents, buyer, and seller involved. She avoided addressing me directly, which was both disrespectful and uncalled for. It’s disheartening to encounter such behavior in a city like Dubai, where professionalism and equality should be the standard. This kind of mistreatment is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

This was not a good experience overall.

They need procedural training and customers care. They are very disconnected and i felt they favor the buyer

Just want to share my experience with this trustee office.

The trustee officer who handle our deal was not accommodating, if there is something we don’t know in the process they can tell it nicely, not in arrogant tonr of voice.

Disaster Experience. The staff is extremely rude. The hospitality is pathetic here, had asked a normal bottle of water 3 times and waited for 2 hours and no one is bothered. The receptionist is extremely unhelpful and very rude when talking.

Would not recommend anyone to do any sort of property transfer here. We were forced because it was a mortgaged deal
